冬場の大雪があったり、職場で一人欠けたために休みが少なくなったり、アマゾン・プライムを利用して映画ばかり見たり(先月会員登録を更新しなかったが、今月また会員になった)、在宅でできるアルバイトをしたり(ほとんど稼げないのでやめた)、月刊のル・モンドを購読し始めたりして、なかなかタイムに集中できなかったのだが、やることを少し減らし(先日極限と書いたものからは少し増やしている)、優先するべきものを決め、ようやく復活の兆しが見え始めてきた。
ネット中毒になるのは見る側の問題と言うだけではなくて、見せる側によって行動心理学を応用したマインド・コントロールが仕掛けられているせいでもある。

トイレにも行きたくなくなるくらい、つまりおむつを必要とするほど中毒性のあるアプリの開発が目指されているとすれば、個人の節制だけで済む話ではない。
